These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 111db ("111db", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 111db website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all related services accessible via 111db.club and any associated domain (collectively, the "Service"). Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out below and that you will continue to satisfy them for the duration of your use of the Service. 111db reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that cannot be verified.

To access the full 111db Service you must register a player account. Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number that will serve as your primary account identifier. Each mobile number may be associated with one and only one 111db account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials at all times.

All financial transactions on 111db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 111db accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment channels as listed on the platform from time to time. 111db does not accept cash deposits, international bank transfers, or payment methods not listed on the platform.

Withdrawals at 111db are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and any applicable wagering requirements. 111db processes withdrawal requests during normal operating hours and aims to complete all approved requests within the processing times displayed on the platform at the time of the request. By placing a wager on any sports betting market, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

All casino games available on 111db — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and fish games — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. No content from the 111db platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 111db.

The 111db name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of any 111db trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. Game names, provider logos, and payment brand marks are the property of their respective owners and are used by 111db under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111db's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 111db account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 111db shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not 111db was advised of the possibility of such damages.

111db does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled platform maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond 111db's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Service. 111db will use reasonable endeavours to restore full Service availability as promptly as practicable following any unplanned outage.

111db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made to these T&C, 111db will notify registered players by publishing the revised T&C on the platform with an updated effective date. Where the nature of the amendment requires it, 111db may also send a direct notification to registered players via their registered mobile number. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically, particularly before making a deposit or placing a wager.

Your continued use of the 111db Service following the publication of any amended T&C constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Service immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these T&C. Amendments to these T&C do not affect any bets that have already been placed and confirmed prior to the amendment's effective date.

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 111db operates as an online entertainment platform accessible to players in Bangladesh.
